The bright rays of sunshine greeted Haku as he exited his house, determined to have yet another fabulous day in the park. Haku brushed his polished nails through his hair, enjoying having his hair flowing free today. Today's plan: Making flower headbands and playing with the fuzzy little bunny rabbits that hung in his favorite spot at the park. A grin formed on Haku's face as he started on his way. His wooden sandals clicked against the cement sidewalks as he hummed to himself, enjoying the slight breeze. His simple orange kimono with the small floral print almost looked as though it radiated the same energy as the sun with while the light blue tan that was strung around the kimono's midsection reflected the day's perfectly cloudless sky. Today Haku's eyes were slightly lined with a dark brown, his lids had a slight orange tint to them, and his lips had a slight gloss. A very elegant look, though with a slight mystery to it. Sexy and mature. Mysterious yet warm.
The park's green grass greeted Haku with what felt like a warm caress. The gentle colors greeted the effeminate boy as he started on the small path, leading ever closer to his "spot". A small, secluded area that no one seemed to venture to other than himself. Through the path he followed, until he found himself at a sharp turn in the path. From here, he ventured off in the opposite direction of the pathed road, watching the small patch of flowers grow ever closer. The multicolors both intrigued and amused him. "Hello friends, how are you doing?" he asked, speaking in a cool voice to his beloved flowers. He crouched down, letting the aroma of the flowers enter into his system. A wonderful mixture of flowers and grass filled him, as he adjusted his legs, attempting to find a comfortable position next to his little friends. Each and every one of them were slightly different.
"Please....forgive me..." One by one the flowers were plucked by Haku's own hands. Yes, they were very close to him, though he had plans and their sacrifice would not be in vain. A pile of long-stemmed flowers grew besides Haku's leg as he plucked only the ones that would match perfectly. As he finished he brushed off his fingers, trying to keep the small specks of dirt from under his nails (the pesky little...). Nothing was worse than dirty nails besides, maybe, unkempt hair or a wrinkled skirt.
Now the real fun began. Humming to himself, Haku picked up a flower. Yes, this one would be the base. Simply perfect. Another flower was soon held in his other hand, braiding the two together. This process took quite a bit of time, though there was nothing quite as calming as resting outside, braiding flowers to create a headband. Birds chirped, trees rustled, and distant cries of the children climbing on the jungle gym. How calming. An elegant expression hung from the man's face as he strung stem after stem, creating a pretty flower crown. He set the crown atop his head, musing, "I'm the princess of the flowers" He suppressed a small chuckle then began yet another crown.
No sign of any bunny rabbits yet (how devastating), though he couldn't say he wasn't having a ton of fun as well as calming his heart. "What a wonderful day it is. ♥" If only those cute little furry animals would jsut come out to play...

Within the penthouse of the Hyuga family the youngest of Hiashi's daughters would be found sitting on a small table practicing her caligraphy with her grandfather watching from the side. As ususally Hiashi was off on some business meeting; not intending to be home until some time next week. As such her grandfather would watch over the nine year old girl, making sure she was keeping to her studies and not wasting a moment of time. Hiashi was always so busy that the majority of the time Hanabi was being raised by her grandfather or other willing relative. It didn't matter though, despite his distant demenor Hanabi had the highest regard to her father's father.
The work she was rewritting was not her own, but from a letter that her grandfather had written to his wife while serving the Imperial army of Japan. It was a beautifully written letter, and his own caligraphy was astounding in its own right. Hanabi would finish copying the letter on her own stationary as she wrote the last words. "With loving memory..." scribbling down his name she'd show her grandfather her work which he would accept and read in silence.
At last he'd look at his grandaughter and with a stern nod he'd say, "Well done Hanabi, your caligraphy is improving." With that he'd head to the clothes rack to grab a coat before saying in the distance, "I must go now Hanabi, I'll be gone for the day. Behave yourself and be sure to practice your mathematics tonight."
"Yes sir." Hanabi would respond as she watched him leave the compound. At that point Hanabi would be alone in her room, the workers and other family all being busy somewhere else.
She'd look outside noting it was a beautiful day; she desired to go outside, but that would mean having to take two escorts with her due to her father or grandfather not being avaiable. She hated having more than one escort, especially when it wasn't close family. These bodyguards seemed to make it impossible to do anything, and always seemed to scare off anyone she'd want to talk to.
Suddenly an idea would enter her mind. What if she just went on her own? Such a thought would never come up if she was hidden under the shadow of her authoritative father or grandfather, but now as she sat alone in her room Hanabi started to think that it wasn't such a bad idea. It would be easy to confuse the hired help or any family that lived with them, all that stopped her was this doubt that she should do it.
She'd look outside the window seeing the park in the distance; it was in walking length and Hanabi knew the way by herself.
"I'll just go to the park for a little while and come home. No one will realize my departure. It would be nice to be outside without an escort...yes I'll do it!"
With that Hanabi would plan out her escape. The first priority was to keep any servants and relatives from panicking if they failed to find her. Going to each one on one she'd tell them that she was heading out with an escort; each person being told one specfic escort was being used. From there she'd find this person she mentioned and would give a long chore to go to the cellar of the penthouse and tidy it up on Hiashi's orders. With that her rouse would work and Hanabi would escape with half of her allowance in a purse and a common gray robe to wear.
Walking down the streets alone was an exciting moment for Hanabi. She felt so mature being able to do this on her own; though admittely also quite nervous. Everyone else had a foot of height against her though she didn't seem to catch the eye of too many people thus far.
Entering the park Hanabi would stop as she too a moment to observe the beauty surrounding her. Taking a breath of the warm air she'd stroll around enjoying the freedom she had given herself this day. She'd look over she'd notice a few children her own age playing games and such on the field. It seemed like fun, but then she'd notice the parents nearby and feared her cover being betrayed by her well known eyes.
Continuing her stroll Hanabi would then go off toward the edges of the park where she met two sights of remarkable beauty. The first was the bed of flowers, as beautiful as the ones she had seen at the Yamanaka flower shop, and sitting by them was a young woman creating a crown out of the flowers. She had never seen anything like that in terms of craftmenship; her curiousity would over take the Hyuga as she head toward the faerie as she asked.
"Excuse me...how did you make that crown of flowers on your head?" She wasn't sure what to expect; if this person ended up giving her silence then Hanabi was willing to let the question die. However there was no doubt it was a wonderful creation placed on the head of a beautiful yong lady who seemed to be in carefree bliss with her flowers.

A gentle breeze in the crisp, fall air. Though, Haku was much too focused on his flowers to very well notice the sun rising or the trees call as the wind played about. Even the small rabbit that was wandering quite close to the boy was all but forgotten as he pulled yet another flower from the pile and started stringing the flowers together. To his left: flowers of the finest degree (which he also considered "friends"). To his right: a very small collection of flower accessories. Rings, crowns, headbands, bracelets, necklaces. You name it, he'll gladly create it. For him, watching as the small works of art put to good use is very much like a mother watching her first-born child go to kindergarten for the first time. A wonderful feeling. The only drawback to these was they only lasted so long. After a full day or two the flowers would usually droop, making a not-so-happy bunch of flowers hanging on the counter where he'd left them the night before.
Another crown finished and added to the pile. "Hnnn, what should I do with these when I'm done?" Haku pondered as he started for another flower. Perhaps he'd wander about, handing the flowers to the cute little girls and their mothers who came here quite often. The mothers all seemed not to mind that he passed flowers out to their daughters, and the young girls were happy to have something that they deemed as "beautiful". Or he could wander through the streets and find ladies who may enjoy the flowers. This would pose a bit harder, though wandering through the streets could be fun, in it's own less colorful way. Older women always seemed to care for the flowers, as well, though not so much if they happened to find out he was a "damn child cross dressing". That hurt. Quite a bit.
It wasn't his fault he looked better in dresses than in "normal" boy's clothing...right? His features were much too effeminate to waste on such drab clothing day in and day out. And, not to mention, his face is the perfect shape for just about any sort of look he'd care to pull off with the most magical item of all: makeup. It was almost as if God had wanted him to be a woman in the first place, then something went dreadfully wrong...
The pile of single flowers shrank ever so much, as he neared the end of this batch. He may be able to fit two more crowns or a few headbands in before the flower supply of today ran out (he'd hate to take too many flowers and disrupt the beauty in this area).
Haku's concentration was suddenly broken off from his flowers and thoughts of little girls and grandmothers as he spotted a little girl with an intriguing eye color standing quite close to him. Had she been there a long time? The answer seemed to lean toward no, considering her question about how he created the wonderfully understated form of art that rested atop his head.
"Oh...", Haku started, setting down the crown that was now half-finished and picking up two flowers, "I...well, start with a flower as the base and then braid other flowers onto it...to create a crown or headband or whatever I want." Haku's words sounded almost unsure as he spoke in an airy voice to the young girl. He'd never really been questioned on how exactly the accessories were made, people just usually took them and wandered away.
Haku smiled up to the girl and patted the grass laying next to him, "If you'd care to, you can try to make one for yourself, as well." She was a little girl, and most little girls did love flowers. There was something, though, that struck Haku as odd about this little girl. Ever since he'd laid eyes on her eyes...as if there was something he'd forgotten though was kind of important. She wasn't a model in the fashion magazines...No, he'd recognize those eyes in an instant if they were. Did she even model? She was pretty enough to with her long hair, light skin, and straight, black hair.
And oh~ How nice she'd look in that one dress he'd seen the other day! It'd look perfect against her skin. Oh, and those shoes would match perfectly with the dress. And her nails~
Haku's mind seemed to never stray too far from the fashion world.

Hanabi would stand quietly at the side as she watched the young craftmen work on these wonderful pieces of art. Hanabi was never taught anything that had to do with crafting, the most experience she recieved was in the schools making pieces of art for a grade, not thinking too hard into it. However despite this lack of experience she truly did appreciate the working man and their ability to create. She had been to old fashioned sword makers and glass blowers, it was such an amazing sight to watch them at their stations. This was no different as Hanabi watched the orange clad weaver create different accessories using the flower bed as materials. When she finally said something Hanabi almost felt bad for disturbing this majestic work; though it seemed the worker was not bothered by this disruption.
Hanabi would listen to what was said, watching her hands as they worked on two new flowers to create an accessory. It was certainly a fun looking hobby; though in a more calming sense.
Just then Hanabi would observe the invitation being given to sit by the grass to make a flower item for herself. Hanabi didn't take too long to ponder the invitation and feeling nothing to fear out of this stranger she'd come and sit down in the grass by her side. Although feeling trusting of this soul, Hanabi kept herself stiffly cautionate as she sat down; showing this lack of relaxed feelings as she sat down.
However being cautionate did not mean she could not be polite, and so she'd turn to face him as she said with a soft tone, "So, what's the first step then?" At that point Hanabi realized she didn't have name to address this stranger; wanting to fix this predicament she'd get up and after brushing off her bland grey robe she'd say, "Forgive me for being rude, my name is Hanabi Hyuga." She'd give him a half bent bow as her long black hair flowed down as an effect. Lifting her stance she'd reveal a half smile on her face as she brought herself back down to the grass hoping her own introduction would give her a name to attach to this person she had met.

Haku smiled as he watched the small girl sit down next to him and ask about how to make a flower crown. Haku glanced down to where his pile of flowers once were before reaching out and plucking a few from the patch of flowers. Internally he begged the flowers for forgiveness, though outwardly he just smiled and handed the girl the two flowers. He then plucked a few more, "the best way I can think to tell you is by showing you..." Haku lifted up a single flower in one of his hands, "You start with one flower with a long stem as your base. After that you add in another, first knotting it once through, before braiding the flowers together, adding more and more flowers as you go." Haku plucked yet another flower with a decently sized stem, adding it to the crown he was now making.
Haku couldn't help but laugh lightly at the poor girl, not out of malice, but because he thought she was cute. Here she was, no older than 12, and yet she was worrying over such matters as formality and manners. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Hyuga-san. Would you mind if I were to call you Hanabi-chan?" Hyuga. For some reason, that name was quite familiar to the young man, though he couldn't quite identify at the moment just how he'd recognized it. Was it a friend from the past? A business friend? He couldn't place it, though there was something about the name and her eyes that was much too familiar. A smile was present on his ever-so-effeminate face as he plucked and strung through yet another flower, not paying much attention to the crown of flowers as he continued, "I'm known as Haku Yukiko. It's written with the characters of "white" and then the characters of "snow" and "child."
He scanned over the girl once more, absolutely positive she'd look fabulous in that one dress. Her hair was the perfect length for it to look absolutely gorgeous, as well~ Though, was it technically illegal for him to bring a small child to the mall or to Zabuza's house? A small child he'd just met in the park. It was definitely frowned upon in modern society. Especially since he was a male (no matter how pretty or effeminate he looked, there was definitely no hiding that small fact).
Ohhh, but that dress would look so nice on her. Haku strung another flower through the crown he was making, not really paying attention to the colored flowers he was picking for the crown. The smile stayed on Haku's face, even through his small mental argument with himself. After a bit of deliberation, he'd decided against taking the small girl he'd just met to hunt down a dress (even if it was faaaabulous).

Hanabi would nod, feeling better off being shown how to create the flower crown by the professional before trying it herself. She'd keep her eyes at his hands as he talked; he had such a gentle voice to him making it easy to pay attention.
After having gotten up to bow she'd hear a laugh coming from Haku. At first she tried to figure out what she had done wrong, but upon looking at his face she'd see not bitterness or disdain in him and in fact the tone of his laugh was joyous instead of mocking. Following this Hanabi would be asked if it was alright for him to go by her first name; adding in the honorific at the end for added effect. Looking to the grass for a moment she'd come to a conclusion and would raise her gaze up back to him as she said, "Oh..of course you may." She didn't have much of a problem not being addressed formally. That was an honor deserving for her father or superior relative; she understood she was still young and had yet to gain the deserved respect to be addressed by her surname rather than her first name. Of course she did think about his question, the fact that he even asked for permission was quite interesting. This person seemed so good natured to Hanabi; her naturally cautious attitude stood no match for such gentleness.
At last Hanabi would gain a name for this mysterious person and it would be a soft and fair as the disguised boy himself. Nodding at his introduction she'd say, "It's a pleasure to meet you Yukiko Haku."
Looking at Haku's collection she'd admire all the different colored items. Gently picking one of the arm bands up she'd proclaim, "Such beauty in your art. You must make quite a nice sum selling these to others." She wasn't sure why capitalism would be the first marker she'd turn to for these items, it seemed to be the first place the child of a businessman would assume toward. Besides such lovely Kimono were not cheap; perhaps he sold these around the park as a side job to make some extra money.

Plucking one last flower, Haku strung it through the crown before pulling both ends of the crown together so he could tie it. This part, in his opinion, was the best part, as he could see the end result of his work. After tying the flowers together, Haku lifted the crown up, examining how he'd done. All in all, it looked pretty, even despite not being picky about which flowers he'd choose. He then brought the crown over and placed it on the young girl's head. There~ Nothing like a crown of flowers to increase a young female's beauty and bring more enjoyment to the day.
Haku smiled to the girl, "Hanabi-chan it is, then. ♥ And you can call me Haku, if you'd like. No need for formalities." Another small giggle escaped the young man's mouth, as he wondered if the girl would agree. Sure, he was older than her and that would normally mean being called by his surname rather than his first name, though he considered every living thing equal to him. There was no reason why he should have more respect just for being born a few years before the girl. And there was no saying age accounted for more knowledge. Just because he was older didn't mean she couldn't teach him about something...
Specifically business.
Business had never really been much of a thought in the young man's mind. Sure, he had a job, though it was much more fun and a time-passer more than anything else. His extra money had never really gone to anything other than clothing, fabric, nail polish, and bird supplies. He'd never even given much thought to how it was a business worked. All he knew was that when he had the money, he could afford to pay for new things. had there been more to business?
Haku's cheeks slightly flustered. Was his flower art that pretty? As he was about to thank the girl for the compliment, she started speaking about selling his little works of art. "I...I'd never thought of charging for these..." He paused, "I've always just given them away to everyone to spread joy." Business hadn't even crossed his mind as he handed his flowers out to others.

Feelings Haku's hands place the ring of flowers on her head made Hanabi stiffen up slightly; though it would quickly pass once his hands had left her head. Quite honestly if he hadn't of put it on Hanabi may of just kept looking at it in her hand without ever putting it on. It was not that it looked bad; merely that she had trouble changing how she normally dressed-even when it came to accessories. She'd listen as he requested to be addressed solely as Haku; it wouldn't bother the young Hyuga much as it wouldn't seem right to address someone in a manner they did not like. His smile drove Hanabi to a grin as she nodded and replied, "Ok Haku." Inside she felt strange speaking to someone so informally; it was almost like a flutter of wind through her stomach.
Hanabi would be looking at Haku when she mentioned his accessories having value too them, and would be a bit shocked to see Haku lightly blush at her statement. When he finally spoke again to Hanabi she'd learn about the fact that he never sold these beautiful pieces; prefering to pass them out for the pleasure of bringing joy in those around him. At this Hanabi had to take a moment to ponder; she felt a different kind of strange feeling when she contemplated what that meant. The fact that her first assumption was profit while his was happiness was a bit unsettling to realize. Looking at Haku and then back at the flowers she'd come to an understanding of that feeling; after all she greatly loved the gift he had given to her. She'd feel the pedals on her crown softly before finally saying softly, "I believe I understand now." Her pondering face would turn back to a smile as she continued, "I suppose not everything requires a market; still they are lovely pieces that most certainly have a physical cost as well."
Ceasing the fondling of the soft pedals she'd feel her own face grow warm as she found it challenging to thank this person of almost angelic-likeness. "Before anything else, thank you for this gift. It is lovely."

What a sweet little girl. ♥ It wasn't too often someone would come up to Haku while he was in the park. And he had visitors even less when he was busy making little accessories out of the flowers he'd find. Although he didn't mind losing himself in the green landscape, he did love socializing with others far much more. Different people brought different perspectives on life, even if he didn't agree with everything he had heard throughout the years (specifically about the way he dressed).
A warm smile spread across Haku's face as he heard those words. The little girl understood the beauty in his art? What a wonderful feeling to be able to spread joy around to others. These moments truly are probably the best part of his day. Though suddenly the girl added in something very...odd...certainly something Haku hadn't dreamed of hearing a little girl say. Especially not while he was in dead center, in the middle of the park, away from all business-like worry.
"Physical...cost?" Haku wondered aloud, not quite sure what the little girl meant by that. As in, some sort of toll taken from him for enjoying this activity? The young man's mind whirled as he wondered what this one little phrase meant. Was it common for people to sell their goods rather than just hand them out? Sure, that's what was to happen with clothing, though didn't those go through quite a few different areas and come mainly from Thailand or China or something? (Of course the very best clothing he found came when one makes the clothing on their own) "What an interesting thought, you have, Hanabi-chan. I've never thought of something like that before." That was very true (unfortunately). Haku tried his hand at keeping a serene look, though he wasn't quite sure his complete and udder confusion wasn't leaking through his not-so-very-professional poker face.
"Oh yes, and you're very much welcome, Hanabi-chan. ♥ I'm very pleased to hear you like them." Nothing was quite like hearing your work of art is lovely and being thanked for them. Although he'd received plenty of thanks in his life, there was something about this little girl's warm smile that touched his heart (in a non-pedophilic manner, mind you). Even if the young girl spun the poor kimono-wearing boy's mind, she was definitely one of the more...interesting persons he'd met in the park in a very long time and she truly seemed sincere in her words. How cuuute~

It was strange seeing Haku completely ignorant of the idea of selling his product. She assumed people should of had at least the basic understanding that if someone has something you want besides force you can use a different item to barter with them. Strangely enough she'd imagine a scene in her head.
In her little thought bubble was Haku in a caveman outfit with another caveman with their face shadowed by nothing in particular. In this little senario the nameless neanderthal would offer a piece of meat for a collection flowers Haku had; though instead of bartering the naive Haku would hand the other the flowers for nothing but the smile he'd show. Eventually in her idea it would begin to snow and poor caveman Haku would be left with nothing while others were prepared through shrewdness and sense of survival.
Waking herself from this thought she'd look toward him as she said, "Haku-san, surely you have at least an understanding of how to sell?" With a almost teacher like quality she'd grab one of the braclets from Haku's pile and place it to the side. Once that was done Hanabi would say pleasantly, "Now, try and convince me to buy that bracelet Haku-san!" She'd stand there waiting for him to say something convincing. She was conserned with this new aquiantence, he risked getting ripped off in life if he didn't know the value of money. Besides that Hanabi wanted a bracelet to go with the crown but felt bad about simply asking Haku for two items. In this way she'd kill two birds with one stone; and help a gentle soul survive at least somewhat in this business based world.

Haku watched the child as she stood. There was something about her that just…oozed charisma, not that anything was wrong with that. Truth be told, Haku was a bit jealous of how this girl carried herself. You could see it in her oddly-colored eyes. A type of determination he could have really used back when he was at her age, not that it mattered now, anyways. There was something more important he had to focus his attention on (and no, it wasn’t about that dress he kept picturing that girl in).
Convince Hanabi-chan to perchance one of my bracelets…?
Easier said than done. He pondered for a second, fumbling around with his thumbs. He looked down to the soft blue nails, watching the sun reflect from the outermost coat as he pondered what he could say to sell the bracelet. She didn’t look or sound like the type to flail about at the windows of a clothing store, let alone squeal when she sees that her favorite store is having a mega-super-sale. Not to mention she looked like she thought with her mind rather than her heart. What a commendable girl he met. Though, it probably wouldn’t help with him selling her the flowers. The sun continued shining, urging Haku to continue on, to do his best.
“Oh, Hanabi-chaaaan~ ♥” Haku started, copying the bubbly expression and excited voice of the sales clerks he’d come to know throughout his years, “You will just loooove this new item! It will go ever so well with that crown you have on! He giggled a bit, wondering if this was at all convincing. “Oh yes, and it would accent your outfit ever so well! Nothing like an accessory to really make your outfit shine.” Haku couldn’t say he wasn’t enjoying this a bit. Although he wasn’t in a store he could almost feel the excitement as though he were right there, in the middle of his new favorite dress shop, skimming through all the different styles and colors.
He reached out to the girl’s arm and gently lifted it, placing the bracelet on, “See? Doesn’t this look nice on you?” His lops curled to a pleasing smile, as he released the girl’s arm to reach into his bag. Where was that darn thing? He’d always find it when he didn’t…There! He lifted out a small hand-mirror and reflected it to Hanabi. She looked ever so cute with the crown and the bracelet on. The colors accented her otherwise slightly-colorless look with the different shades of pink, orange, blue, etc.

With her hands behind her back Hanabi would stand straight as she waited for Haku's attempt to convince her to purchase that bracelet made of flowers. Considering what she had seen in this quiet person Hanabi expected Haku's first attempt to be less than to be desired. Hanabi expected his body language to reveal timid feelings; after all it would be his first sale. She had enough experience with that emotion through her sibling; being capable of reading Hinata like an open book. So she'd wait not expecting top salesman material on his first attempt.
Things would take an unexpected turn however as Haku first spoke with this changed tone that was energetic, bubbly and affectionate. To be honest it would make Hanabi feel stiff and flustered to deal with this change in personality; he seemed so honest with his compliments-she was ususually so used to brushing off a salesmans flattery but in Haku's case it seemed so genuine. As he showed off the product Hanabi would look at it almost ready to buy it there and then. However she would remember the point of this mission and taking in a breath she'd shake off these affections to give Haku a more stubborn opponent to deal with. Of course doing this wouldn't be easy as Haku even placed to bracelet on her arm with his soft hands, and allowing her to see herself in a miniature mirror. She thought the flowers looked lovely on herself, and in a moment she was ready to cave in once again and reach into her wallet for the items.
With enough will power she'd move on to phase two as she once again observed it and said, "It is a very nice bracelet, but won't it degrade in beauty in the coming days until its nothing but a shriveled stem?" It was difficult to make this assertion after his wonderful salemanship, but she had to give him the hardest customer possible in order to see what he was capable of. Adding more to that with a personal statement she'd say, "And doesn't it look out of place with this outfit salesman?" This was the first time she'd have to make an assumption about his gender; having assumed female due to his nails, dress, and general body type.

"Though it is, umm..." Haku sat for a moment, slightly confused by his new friend. Was he...doing something wrong? Haku's cheeks slightly flustered as he mentally checked through what he'd done so far. The expression he'd held all of one minute prior was now missing, left with a broken young man who looked as if he were close to tears. The bubbly smile was replaced with a small frown and his eyes drooped slightly, darkening as he grew lost in his own thoughts. All the substance was there. What was he missing? Smile? Check. Enthusiasm? Check. Cute face? Check.
By now I would have bought those flowers plus an additional five or so...
Haku's line of vision wandered off his "customer" and slowly traveled down to the grass beneath the two of them. What a beautiful, crisp green ocean of grass. ♥ Each blade seemed to slightly shine thanks to the dew that was left from the early hours of the day as well as the sun that hung in the sky, shining brightly for the sake of everyone in Tokyo (or so Haku would care to think). Though, the sun, the sky, and even the cute bunnies hiding couldn't help him figure out what he needed to do to convince Hanabi-chan to buy these flowers.
"Ummm..." Haku started, his voice less enthusiastic as before, "You...can always keep them for a few days. Sure, it doesn't match completely with what you're currently wearing, though the natural and bright colors will really bring out your face and your pretty eyes..." He looked to Hanabi, directly in the eyes. The dull gray in her eyes could really be brought out better if there were less dull colors surrounding it. Her natural palette was quite light, though with a few oranges, reds, and purples, they could really shine brightly.
A small smile once again found it's way spreading across haku's face as he felt a bit more confident, "And though it is true the flowers will only last a few days, you can preserve them better by placing them in a cold place, like a fridge, and they're bio-degradable. hehehe. So, you won't have to worry about them wasting in a landfill somewhere when you're finished with it.
